Sessions are held using a secure, private video link through the Zanda Health platform. It’s easy to use and doesn’t require you to download anything.
Is everything I say kept private?
Yes. Your privacy is respected and protected. All sessions are confidential and follow ethical guidelines. The only exceptions are legal requirements around safety or risk.
What if I’ve never done counselling before?
That’s completely okay. Many people haven’t. The free consultation is a relaxed way to ask questions and see how it feels—no pressure, no commitment.
