Dreamwork explores the images, emotions, and symbols that appear in your dreams as meaningful expressions of your inner world. Rather than interpreting dreams, we explore what the dream brings up for you, such as your feelings, associations, memories, and bodily sensations. Dreams can offer insight into unresolved emotions or experiences, relational patterns, or creative challenges, and provide a gentle way to process deeper layers of your inner life.

My approach is relational, trauma‑informed, and integrative. I draw from attachment‑based, somatic, experiential, mindfulness‑oriented, transpersonal, compassionate, and evidence‑informed modalities, including ACT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.

Yes. Your privacy is respected and protected. All sessions are confidential and follow ethical guidelines. The only exceptions are legal requirements around safety or risk.
